He is a character I am currently working on. I want him to remain anonymous, as the real insight will come from the narrator. I am a bit excited about this idea :)

My Patient X was the child we took on school journey last year who infected 14 staff and children out of 30 with a virulent, and violent, stomach bug!
Thank you for waving over on my blog earlier. I agree about word choices having the ability to drive the thoughtful author to distraction. Words contrive to warp a perfectly clear thought and refuse to convey the full extent of meaning you had hoped it would. Words are subtly, slick little b***ers! (bleeders!)
